I spent 25 years in operations — running processes, eliminating waste, and applying Lean and Six Sigma to whatever needed fixing — before modern AI made it possible to build real operations infrastructure for businesses that aren’t enterprise-sized.

What I build now is what I wish more businesses could have afforded 20 years ago: real operations systems, designed by someone who actually understands how operations work, delivered in days instead of quarters.

Most automation vendors are software people who learned enough about business to sell to it. I’m an operations person who learned to build. The difference shows up in every system.
