Process Build
Every task in your workflow has a threshold. When something sits too long, it gets escalated automatically. The things that used to fall through the cracks get flagged before your client writes the angry email.
The Problem This Solves
The estimate you sent 11 days ago — still no response, nobody followed up. The invoice that went out 25 days ago — still unpaid, nobody noticed. The client request from two Mondays ago that got buried under newer work. The stalled project that needs a decision from you, but the PM didn't want to interrupt.
You find out about these when the client writes the angry email. When the cash flow report comes in low. When the deal goes cold.
The Ghost-in-the-Process Monitor finds them first. Every task in your workflow has an aging threshold. When something sits too long — in any system — it surfaces. You fix it before the client knows it was broken.
What You Get
Delivery
Days 1-2 — Discovery. We map your workflows — what tasks exist, where they live, how long is 'too long' for each.
Days 3-5 — Integration. Monitoring pipelines built for each system. Alert routing configured.
Day 6 — Testing. We run against your current workflows and surface real stalled items. You confirm what's actually stalled vs. false positives. We tune.
Day 7 — Launch. Monitoring goes live. First full report next morning.

Questions
Still have questions? The 30-minute call is the fastest way to get answers specific to your business.
Book a 30-Minute CallYou define it during setup. Typical thresholds: estimates not responded to in 10 days, invoices unpaid past 30 days, leads without follow-up in 7 days, projects without status update in 14 days. Every business is different.
Not after the first month of tuning. Starting thresholds are set slightly sensitive. We track which alerts led to real saves vs. false alarms. System gets sharper over time. Most clients find the signal-to-noise ratio acceptable by week 3.
Your choice: Slack, email, SMS, or combination. Most clients use Slack for team alerts and email for themselves.
Escalation logic. First alert goes to the assigned person. If no response in X hours, it escalates to their manager. If no response from them, it escalates to you. You set the timing.
Partially. If the workflow touches any digital system (CRM, email, PM tool), we can monitor those touchpoints. If a workflow is entirely offline, we can't see it.
Thirty-minute call. We walk through your workflows, identify your biggest stall points, and tell you honestly whether Ghost-in-the-Process Monitor fits — or whether the stalls are happening for reasons monitoring won't solve.
